Location: Downtown Toronto
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the operations, train employees, achieve new business development targets and client retention
- Work with branch managers to maintain regular communication with clients and respond to requests and/or issues
- Assist with developing a strategic plan and achievement of goals
- Set and achieve financial targets to achieve annual operating plan; approve operating plan; approve budgets
- Recruitment; employee reviews and appraisals
- Oversee the negotiation process for new contracts and renegotiation of existing contracts, collective agreements as well oversee the opening and closing of locations
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, parking or property management experience preferred
- 5 years of experience managing large teams operating in satellite locations
- Experience managing pools of staff governed by collective agreements
Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts - Proven ability to plan and organize workloads; flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and to adapt to changing priority schedules; accommodate travel to the branches
