Regional Manager – AML / On-Boarding recruitment
This major financial services firm is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead its strategic initiatives within the Operations team. This candidate will head up this function regionally in the On-Boarding and AML space.
The main duties will include:
* Oversight of the Client On-Boarding and account documentation process
* Drafting of key AML policies and procedures
* Lead role in strategic initiatives across the firm
* Building and attracting talent to develop the team in Singapore
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in financial services with an excellent track record in AML / KYC policies
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team.
* Possess strong process re-engineering and process improvement skills
