Our client is a leading global insurance business with an enviable reputation for hiring and developing the best people in the sector. Due to the business growth in the region, they are hiring a high calibre, experienced FPA or Regional Management Reporting Manager to join the Finance Accounting function.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance, the role will be responsible for leading and developing the Regional Management Reporting function, building trust rapport with local offices and constantly looking to identify opportunities implement initiatives for driving financial performance. You will also be responsible for the timely and accurate production of a range of management reports, including related analyses and forecasts. A major focus for this individual will be on developing the financial planning and analysis process for the organisation and looking to deliver improved processes and better controls.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- University graduate major in Accounting or Finance and a full professional CPA qualification
- 5 to 9 years' relevant experience in management reporting gained within the insurance or financial services sector
- Previous Big 4 audit experience is preferred
- Prior experience in working in a regional office
- Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organisation, including ability to communicate and influence senior management
- Complete fluency in both English and Cantonese, spoken and written
