Regional Manager, Insights recruitment
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Enhance marketing capability on market analytics and consumers insights within AXA Asia region
- Champion the use of research insights to guide marketing and business development initiatives throughout the AXA Asia region
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Use consumer research to better understand needs of key target segments; and help entities to develop appropriate advertising propositions and communication strategy to meet their needs.
- Help entities turn learnings from various researches to actionable executions and strategy in proof generation and communication strategy.
- Work with AXA Group to manage and implement brand tracking studies to measure the performance of the AXA brand in Asia, as well as processes related to customer research, proof generation and validation.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practice and key learnings in research in Asia.
- Work with Regional Procurement to manage master contracts and relationships with research suppliers to maximize value and effectiveness at a regional and entity level.
- Manage the development of customer driven strategic advertising and brand building activities to ensure AXA Asia entities achieve their business objectives in selective markets.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, consumer research, market analytics. Additional experience in advertising and branding will be an advantage.
- Financial services or insurance experience preferred but willing to consider suitably qualified candidates without such backgrounds
- Ability to multi-tasking effectively and function well in a small, highly qualified group
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
- Regional experience within Asia a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build very effective rapport with internal clients and influence their decisions.
