Regional Manager Job in Morristown, New Jersey Us

We are an Energy Efficiency Company that specializes in Weatherization of homes in Partnership with NJ utility companies and their weatherization programs. We are seeking a Regional Manager to support our NJ Operation.
The Regional Manager will be working under the direction of the Vice President. Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to all assigned regional staff. Plans and assigns work; increases subordinates’ skills and capabilities; and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

Essential Functions Include:

 

  1. Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for job scopes  in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
    1. Serves as the primary day to day interface to utility partners to ensure high level and quick problem resolution and customer satisfaction
    2. Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships with subcontractors, provide day to day interface to ensure high level and quick problem resolution
    3. Executes and drives  Business plan relative to strategic plans and specific program goals
    4. Revises production schedules and priorities in accordance with program goals
    5. Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality
    6. Ensures contractual compliance and quality of work performed
    7. Manage material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand
    8. Confers with management to establish production and quality control standards.
    9. Maintains provided budget and cost control measures.
    10. Responsible for carrying out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
    11. Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development
    12. Ability to travel 25% of the time

 

Education /Experience:

1.       Bachelor's degree required  

2.       Preferred 5 years of relevant construction experience in a leadership role.

3.       Preferred 5years of relevant residential energy usage and/or utility programs

 

Certifications and/or Licenses:

1.       Valid Driver’s License with clean safety driving record

2.       Clean Criminal history

3.       OSHA certification

4.       BPI – Building Analyst and Envelope Professional Required

5.       Preferred RATER Certification
