Regional Manager

PRIMARY FUCTIONS:
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customer
- Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
- Ensure customer retention procedures are adhered to
- Ensure showrooms are merchandised and tagged with proper price and promotional tags
- Work with managers to maintain desired product mix
Associate Development Retention:
- Ensure new associates are efficiently trained
- Communicate regularly with store management team
Deliver Financial Results:
Grow Revenue Base
- Monitor SMRR and APA and develop action plans to grow or to correct deficiencies
- Ensure stores adhere to Term and pricing standards. Recommend resolution of store pricing needs
- Develop, guide and monitor local store marketing efforts
- Ensure all company referral and incentive programs are in place and properly executed
- Set and communicate region goals for customer growth
- Monitor and ensure the accurate execution of all company lease-building programs
Execute Operations Standards
Asset Protection and Loss Prevention
- Audit stores on a timely basis to ensure compliance and execution of company policies and procedures including prevention, safety, security, marketing/merchandising programs and store appearance
- Maintain and monitor fixed assets to standard
- Recommend potential capital expenditures
- Monitor and ensure compliance to store opening and closing standards
- Ensure compliance with established policies and governmental laws and regulation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Secondary School diploma
- College or University diploma in a related discipline preferred
- Two or more years retail, restuaruant (or related) experience as a multi-unit district manager
- Experience reading and being responsible for PLs and other financial goals and objectives
- Valid driver's license without restrictions
- Clean driver's abstract and clear background check
- Strong computer and math skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work independently
- Stores are open six days a week and evenings
- Variying shifts, varying days off
- Business attire to be worn during business hours
- Local and regional travel to retail units and corporate offices
- Visits to customers homes
- Some heavy lifting and moving of furniture
- On feet for majority of shift
