Right now, we are seeking a Regional Manager, Talent Management.

Consistent with that vision, we are now seeking a Talent Management Leader for the Asia Pacific region who will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and personal growth, for assessing and meeting talent development needs and delivering learning development solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills Knowledge

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 8 years Talent Management experience in the APAC region and at least 5 years experience in training delivery – both in person and leveraging technology.  Strong experience in Training Needs Assessment and Curriculum Design is a must as is the ability to think big picture, develop and align Talent and Learning solutions to business imperatives.  Strong interpersonal communications, stakeholder management, presentation and group facilitation skills will be key to your successful in this role.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to travel 30% of the time.  Please note, that basic relocation assistance is being offered for this role.
