Right now, we are seeking a Regional Manager, Talent Management.

Consistent with that vision, we are now seeking a Talent Management Leader for the Asia Pacific region who will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and personal growth, for assessing and meeting talent development needs and delivering learning development solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and lead one key global Talent Management/Learning initiative
- Work with Business and HR stakeholders to identify and systematically prioritize key skill gaps and assess development needs for client groups
- Work with HR to develop plans to address key skill gaps, including a 3 year out Regional Training Plan (Curriculum) and align with key Business and HR stakeholders
- Identify and deploy appropriate Learning/Talent Management solutions to deliver on plan including: Leverage and customize existing in-house solutions, customize external solutions, and develop new internal solutions
- Ensure learning is a continuous activity with ongoing reinforcement leveraging technology and the use of blended solutions comprising of classroom, video and self-paced web based learning
- Build Regional Learning and Development capabilities
- Identify, recruit and train local Leaders as Teachers
- Identify, recruit and train external training experts as partners
- Develop and manage regional budget, reporting and metrics
- Ensure accountability for maintaining high standards in training quality, timely delivery of solutions and local regulatory compliance
- Deploy learning and development initiatives in the region with quality, within scope and budget
- Build strong partnerships and working relationships with HR and Business stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least 8 years Talent Management experience in the APAC region and at least 5 years experience in training delivery – both in person and leveraging technology. Strong experience in Training Needs Assessment and Curriculum Design is a must as is the ability to think big picture, develop and align Talent and Learning solutions to business imperatives. Strong interpersonal communications, stakeholder management, presentation and group facilitation skills will be key to your successful in this role.
The successful candidate will need to have the ability to travel 30% of the time. Please note, that basic relocation assistance is being offered for this role.
