In this highly visible senior role, you will engage with the Executive Manager in empowering a team of Relationship Executives servicing the areas in Northern Inland NSW. You will lead with innovation, stimulating strong relationships as you promote our financial solutions to new client businesses, associations, referral networks, etc.
As an experienced leader, your ability to influence, mentor and motivate your people to strive towards career and business orientated goals will drive our business to excel at securing and enhancing the wellbeing of people, businesses and communities within the area.
You are:
It is expected that the successful candidate possess a demonstrated track record of people management encompassing sales strategy and people development. A background in client/ portfolio management from within the financial services industry and experience in dealing withclients across a broad range of industries is also required.
You will be proactive and determined with a flair for developing business opportunities and possess professional communication skills.
