REGIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR Job in Romania
Il nostro cliente: Our client - leading Romanian producer of small diameter seamless steel pipes is now looking for Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Oil and Gas industry division.
Descrizione: Aim of the positions:
Collects and consolidates information from the market and competitors.
Issues reports about sales and Tenaris positioning to the Management.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyzes Market dynamics, competitors' behavior and their impact on the company.
- Issues reports to Tenaris management with conclusions and eventually propose actions plans.
- Carries out commercial management control.
- Assists to support RD areas in order to develop new products.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Will manage a multinational team
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Profilo ricercato: - The candidate needs to have very good business view
- Play the role of a business consultant for the top manager at regional level.
- Give the in time input for the commercial team and establish the best commercial strategy together with them in order to reach the target.
- Open to take new challenges, dynamic, high energy, committed, passion for the profession ( business/management consultant)
- Highly open to travel and to face spontaneous situation
- Education requirement: University degree
- Experience requirement: at least 2-3 years work experience in marketing and market analysis
- Experience considered advantage: business management consultancy from Big Four
- Mandatory foreign language: English - advanced.
- Foreign languages considered advantage: Russian - medium; Italian - medium.
