Regional Marketing Manager II Job in Earth City 63045, Missouri Us
Purpose:
Responsible for the overall marketing efforts related to Licensed and Corporate, new and existing, store operations, which includes all local promotional and advertising effort, including but not limited to: radio, television, printed circulars, billboards, store-level promotions, and tie-ins with local organizations and/or events. Work closely with field operations and owner groups.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the development of overall marketing plans.
- Team with field operations and owner groups to develop impactful local marketing plans.
- Establish company marketing strategies and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with retail operations, advertising agencies, and internal departments.
- Analyze quantitative results of marketing efforts.
- Supervise the work and performance of the Marketing Specialist.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills and creative thinking with the ability to formulate and work with ideas and concepts.
- Successful negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to reinforce company strategies, while balancing Company (Corporate and Licensed) goals.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising required.
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Media Buying or related field required.
- Minimum of two (2) years managerial or supervisory experience required.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Occasional travel required, approximately 10%; overnight stays may be required.
