KPMG ASPAC Regional Delivery Center Infrastructure team is the focal point for the effective delivery and implementation of technology solutions by businesses and geographies.
ASPAC Regional Delivery Centre – Regional Network Manager
Successful candidate will play a significant role in working effectively with the various IT and business communities within the regions and countries.
The role involves:
• championing the adoption of a single regional wide area network and application centric network service with external and internal stakeholders.
• being responsible for data center network and application centric wide area network services used to host and deliver regional applications to various countries in the ASPAC region.
• product management of network services via a continual improvement program and regional network focus group.
Skills such as business acumen, virtual teaming, customer relationship management and product expertise are required to lay the foundation upon which specialty competencies are built. Speciality competencies are also needed to support the coaching, training, measurement, and change management skills that are typically needed in a technology deployment or in the programs following to increase usage.
Candidate must also be willing to do extensive regional travel.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• a recognised degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in implementing technology, change management or process improvement programs.
• experience in deploying enterprise and business applications.
• good knowledge of ASPAC regional structures with the ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds.
• excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Other (Asian) language skills are an advantage.
• strong coordination and project management abilities.
• attention to details and ability to make rational decisions regarding the escalation of problems.
