Regional Office Administration Director/Head of Operation
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the senior management, the successful candidate will supervise the HK and regional admin team (inluding administrative and secretarial staff) on office management and administration support for the HK and Asian offices
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and manage the IT security
- Deal with expatriate senior management on different request of admin support
- Liaise with various vendors (including office supplies, insurance, office renovation and landlord for contract renewal etc)
- Responsible on budgeting and forecast on various office administation matters
- Organize client events and staff activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years" solid office management experience in banking or financial industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with all levels of staff and vendors
- Native language skills in English, (knowledge in Chinese is an advantage)
- Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
