Regional Office Administrator recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

1. Acts as Branch liaison for problem resolution both internally and externally
2. Provides Administrative support to the Branch Manager and Sales Force.
3. Management and resolution of commissions and payroll issues for Sales and Support staff
4. Liaise with Controllers, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure smooth on-boarding of new hires including Relationship Managers
5. Process new hire registration, AE# setup, sales team setup and administration
6. Systems training of new Sales Assistants/Associates and Operations Analysts
7. Manage summer associate, intern, and MBA rotations, provide feedback to management as required
8. Administration and coordination of employee moves, computer and security access, system login, phone setup, drug tests, etc.
9. Makes travel arrangements, sets up meetings, etc...
10. Special Projects as assigned; MDR Assignments, gross production; syndicate allocation; account distribution; review of accounts;; production tracking;
11. Heavy phone coverage
12. Expense processing as necessary
13. Event Coordination
14. Compensation contact for Relationship Managers for respective branch

Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years professional experience in similar role/industry; Series 7 and 63, Series 9, 10 a plus

1. Knowledge of financial services industry
2. Knowledge of industry rules and regulations
3. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
4. Exceptional written, verbal communication and platform presentation skills
5. Strong PC Skills: Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
6. System knowledge including but not limited to GPL, NexX360, Concur, ARMS, FrontNet, FactSet
