Regional On-Line Marketing Manager
The Online Marketing Manager position will be responsible for working on the Volly marketing team to develop the consumer experience, as well as drive awareness in consumer, mailer, and sales channels. Volly? Secure Digital Delivery Service is a novel online platform that aggregates bills, catalogs, statements, coupons, and other vital personal documents in a secure, spam-free, opt-in, consumer-controlled environment. Unlike e-mail, the Volly service uses proprietary Pitney Bowes patents to route information to a secure digital address that is based on the recipient's physical address. The Volly service offers the opportunity to consolidate what is currently a fragmented and hybrid bill payment process that consumers have stitched together based on the companies they currently do business with. The Online Marketing Manager position will be critical to laying out the framework for our consumer segmentation and communications and lead efforts for marketing support through our mailers, customers, and sales channels. This position is a combination of tactical marketing for both consumers and sales channels. Responsibilities Create the consumer segmentation and messaging strategy, lead multiple agencies to develop creative, execute media plan to drive acquisition. Responsible for web analytics Oversee advertising programs and campaigns including paid search, display media, and social media Coordinate multiple streams of work through the PB organization on Volly marketing (Corporate Marketing, MGS, Tech Central, IT) Maintain marketing budget for Volly Establish practices, principles and procedures for optimizing an effective marketing workflow.
