Regional Op Ex Finance Analyst
My client is looking for a Regional Junior Op Ex Finance Analyst. This job would be a great opportunity for a junior analyst to enhance their experience within a large, reputable company. This role is based in Maidenhead and is a 6 month contract, starting ASAP.
The successful candidate must have 2 years experience within finance and preferably be a trainee accountant. They must have experience of general accounting and/ or payroll. A good technical accounting or payroll background and have experience using SAP and Excel. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, social skills, great organisational and time management skills and be customer focussed. High standard of written and spoken English is essential.
Responsibilities include: Ad hoc one time requests, month end reporting and preparing quarterly account reconciliation of all related accounts, including any adjustments to ensure appropriate reflection of assets and liabilities. Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of BME, indirect and payroll costs according to WWP with following main areas - communication to Payroll department of all the variable elements (actuals to pay/ deduct), calculation of bonus profit sharing accruals per cost centre, and pension costs.
