Regional Operations Director – Change Management recruitment

This leading, global insurance business is creating a new regional strategy team due to continued success and expansion. They are looking to hire a Regional Operations Director, as part of their leadership panel, to drive major business process re-engineering initiatives across the region. Reporting into the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for setting strategy, including looking at economies of scale, self contained operations model, centralization of BPO and making the business paperless. This is a strategic hire to stabilize and save costs.

You will have a solid background in operations business process re-engineering within financial services, and be Six Sigma qualified. Prior experience within Consulting would be desirable.
