Regional PMO Manager, leading banking institution recruitment
As part of a new team, you will help establish PMO processes that will provide effective management of a number of large regional change initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:
- Embedding project management methodology
- Ensure project governance, tracking, performance measurement and budget monitoring processes work effectively
- Implementing project feasibility pre project budget approval processes with a view to providing adequate visibility on cost
- Support the work of senior change management personal, relevant steering committee’s and project sponsors
You will ideally have:
- Experience of establishing, managing or operating a PMO function within a banking or large financial services environment
- A strong understanding of effective programme or project management methodology and project governance
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince 2, Six Sigma Lean, PMP etc
- Prior experience of managing project budgets is highly desirable
- Strong English and Asian (ideally Mandarin) language skills are essential
- This is a permanent role within a new and high profile team within the bank. You must demonstrate the ability to engage with the business and communicate effectively with levels of management up to ‘C’ level.
