Regional Program Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading Insurance firm is looking for a Regional Progam Manager to drive excellence across the APAC region. The role will be based initially in Singapore and will then move to KL after 1.5-2 years. You will be required to provide thought leader-ship in developing customer-centric, process based improvements solutions. You will partner with the business and functional units to identify high-impact operational improvement opportunities, focused on enhancing service delivery capabilities to improve the customer experience.
You will have Transformation experience and come from a Retail Banking or Customer-centric financial services background. You will be Six Sigma Certified and have strong knowledge and experience with process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies and quality systems. You will have APAC experience to be able to lead right from the very start.
