Regional Programme Director Insurance (Hong Kong) recruitment
Our client, a well known international insurer is expanding their business across the Asia Pacific region, looking for an experienced change management/ business transformation professional to oversee and manage large-scale change management initiative, business process migration, governance and outsourcing arrangements in the Asia region.
Location: Hong Kong
Key Accountability
- You will have overall control of the Change Management process, migration strategy, budget and chronology of the programme
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand the scale of the changes and then formulate the change management programes that will ensure a successful implementation
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, programme estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Monitor programme changes and ensure they are reflected in the overall strategy
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the life insurance industry in general
- Extensive experience in a relevant business context with several years in change management
- Extensive knowledge of process design
- Knowledge of Business Architecture and Target Operating model methodology and disciplines preferred
- Knowledge of program and project management disciplines.
- Knowledge of business and systems analysis concepts and tools.
- Understanding of emerging technology and its implementation.
- Regional project experience in South East Asia is highly preferred
- Frequent travelling is a requirement for this role.
