REGIONAL PROJECT LEAD – DATA INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS recruitment
Job Description :
• Lead and manage the studies’ team to provide support to the various regional projects related to data insights and analytics in Asia to meet the various demands from business lines.
• Involve in pricing activities, i.e. review pricing basis on various business lines and identifying data needs.
• Lead the studies’ team to conduct regional data analysis and reporting.
• Apply technical knowledge and process skills to investigate data issues, analyze and interpret findings, formulate conclusions and communicate results
• Lead the Data project team for Asia and work closely with the global project team
• Create, maintain, and enhance guidelines and best practice
• Streamline current processes, question existing processes and suggest improvements
Job Requirement :
• Degree in Actuarial Studies with professional qualification from recognized Actuarial bodies (SOA, IA, IAA or equivalent).
• More than 10 years of working experience in Actuarial field, with pricing and product development of insurance and/or reinsurance experience
• In-depth understanding of the insurance markets in Asia.
• Strong understanding of STATA, SAS, AXIS, Moses and Visual basic an advantage
• Strong insurance product knowledge with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Capable to lead research projects and good in project management.
• Good team player with global working environment exposure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
