Role Purpose

To administer the sales order process on behalf of the regional sales team and to manage and update information in the Company Customer Relationship Management tool.


Successful Regional Sales Coordinators will:
 

·         administer the sales order process and process customer enquiries;

·         provide quotations to customers and the sales team;

·         manage the Customer Relationship Management system in conjunction with the sales team;

·         build and maintain strong professional relationships with the regional sales team;

·         actively participate at sales meetings.


You will need to demonstrate:

·         proven success in a similar role;

·         a desire to succeed;

·         strong communication and networking skills;

·         ability to work under pressure;

·         excellent organisation and administrative skills;

·         good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
