As the practitioner sales person, the Regional Sakes Director would
champion the Ambit Core Banking brand for the APAC region with
overall responsibility of the Ambit Core Banking Line of business
revenue.
The Regional Sales director would manage -
- Sales execution and Business Development for Ambit Core Banking
working along with the L2 in-Country Account Managers / Country
Managers in Asia Pacific.
- Lead generation and be assisted by Marketing in these activities
in the territories defined in the Sales Plan.
- The overall Ambit Core Banking strategy and growth in line with
the Banks Segment plans.
The RSD would be commissioned basis an agreed and signed sales
commission plan. A sample plan (and for reference only and subject
to change) is attached as 2011 Sales Comp
Plan_Asia_RSM_ver2011.doc. The final plan will be detailed and
defined at the start of the measurement term.

Position Requirements:
Essential Skills Required;
-Knowledge of core banking business and sloution practices and
domain of the solution / product that the sales person would
represent.
-Embraces a consultative approach to sales Desirable Skills
Required;
-Experienced in complex solution sales with long sales cycles,
multi layered selling strategies, managing multiple buying
influences.
-Experience in selling Core Baning in APAC is a must.
