Regional Sales Director, Institutional Coverage recruitment

Key responsibilities for the Regional Sales Director:

• Responsible for driving performance through a team of Cash Management specialists to deliver sustained income growth in line with TS objectives, across the TS Cash Management product set.

• Represent TS UK as key cash management sales lead for London coverage team, aligning business strategy and targets

• Develop and execute the London Coverage strategic action plan in tandem with TS UK Corporate plan. 

• Agree strategic plan with Head of UK Cash Management Sales and with UK Corporate Client Coverage London MD.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and executes regional strategic action plan across all elements of the balanced business score card (Financials People, License to Operate and Customers / Prospects).

• Establishes, executes and performance manages effective business origination and customer penetration initiatives that support overall GTS UK market share and financial objectives.

• Provide clear direction and leadership to the team, establishing and executing robust performance management processes to support delivery of individual and team objectives.

• Drives performance through proactively engaging key stakeholders, building professional and sustainable relationships and internal and external networks.

• Inspiring and leading individual team members to achieve business objectives and self development

• As a member of the GTS UK Cash Management leadership board, plays an active role in contributing towards the delivery of the UK strategic action plan and ongoing tactical initiatives.

The Individual:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role

• Experience of formulating and implementing business strategies

• Experience of managing people, particularly in teams, with an understanding of team dynamics

• Proven ability in maintaining high personal visibility and credibility both internally and externally - able to build and maintain relationships with key influencers internally and externally

• High level of drive, enthusiasm and determination to win in a competitive marketplace.

• Applies sophisticated  financial and management information principles to drive sales activity

• Understanding of Corporate Treasury, industry developments and competitor offerings
