Reporting to the Latam Director, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:

- Direct sales of products and consulting/training services to Brazilian customers. Extensive business to business sales experience is required.
- He/She must possess excellent business instincts, strong interpersonal, persuasive and influencing skills, and the ability to handle a considerable work load and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- He/she must possess strong leadership ability, with solid strategic thinking skills, and vision to expand sales and business.
- Candidate must possess drive, initiative, high energy and enthusiasm, and be confident and self motivated
- Individual must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Partner with Business Development to develop and execute on legislative, funding and state strategies.
- Navigate government systems, hierarchies and related legislation to overcome obstacles and discover winning sales solutions.

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

This person has to have a good record reaching sales goals. We are looking for a very sociable individual with leadership skills that will help us open up the market. A strong business manager, who has previous experience in working independently in a sales environment.
Must be fluent in English. Must possess Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Is Important that this person has experience as a sales executive, departments of technology, and a good record in accomplishing sales quotas.
Travel throughout Brasil and the Southern Cone of South America is desirable.
