National Credit Systems is hiring a full time Sales Professional to join our growing sales team with 10 offices nationally! National Credit Systems has been in business since 1991, and we are known for providing our clients with exceptional customer service, advanced technology and innovation, and talented employees.  We are the largest debt collection agency in the apartment industry, which allows our clients to receive More Money and Better Service! We are seeking a Regional Sales Director in the Seattle, WA area to service this market and surrounding areas. The Candidate must be hard working, energetic, well organized, and have great time management skills. We offer the highest compensation in the industry, bonuses, and great benefits! The expected salary plus commission for the first year is $45K +. The more aggressive the salesperson is and the future growth of the market will determine the amount that the pay will increase each year.

 

 

High School Diploma

At least 2 years Sales Experience

Self-Motivated

Excellent Communication and Customer Relation Skills

Vendor Experience Preferred

Apartment Industry Experience

Computer Literacy

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Professional Demeanor

Strive to achieve established goals regularly

 

 

Job responsibilities include:

 

Managing and servicing clients in the Seattle area

Initiating growth and establishing clients in a new market

Directly interacting with clients

Meeting and exceeding established sales goals

Accurately manage a confidential database with client information

Prospecting new clients

Attend trade shows within multiple Apartment Associations

Limited travel within the Seattle area and possibly to some national events

One time travel for training
