Job Description

As the Regional Sales Director for ANZ you will have full autonomy for the profitable, commercial business performance for the region. With a team size of over 50 across the sales function you will be expected to provide a robust strategic vision and strong leadership for the group. As part of the senior leadership team you will also be highly involved in the operational direction of support teams across operations, marketing product, supply chain and pricing. With a primary focus on delivering continued growth across the enterprise and direct business units you will also need to strategically identify new opportunities to secure and ensure revenue streams for the future. Responsibilities will include but won't be limited too;

  • Understanding of processes and commercial leavers in order to develop valued customer partnerships in assigned territories
  • Lead Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Customer Service teams
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and margin target with a focus on continual growth

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will possess a dedicated track record of leading from the front and managing with a clear vision across a Sales and Marketing business function. With experience across the broader ITT space preferable, you will possess a proven ability to deliver on profitability and revenue objectives while identifying local strategic direction within a global framework. With a team eager for strong leadership you will provide the platform for the ANZ business to deliver over and above all expectations.
