As a dynamic and ambitious sales director, in this challenging position you will be responsible for the continuous build-up and supervision of employees in 8 countries in Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for sales in selected countries such as Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia. On the basis of informed market analyses, you will continue to develop and implement regional sales strategies for trade in a targeted manner. You will continue to push sales of the entire product portfolio by increasing market shares. In this process, you will constantly focus on reaching the sales objectives set. As a professional 'networker', you will lead your employees in all the countries mentioned and communicate on the international level in the Matrix Organization with your partners in sales, marketing and logistics.
For this responsible position, you will have completed university studies in business administration or technology. As the correct basis, you will also have 3-5 years' experience in sales, ideally in a multicultural environment in CEE countries. Ideally, you have also worked in the consumer goods sector and know sales to do-it-yourself stores and specialist retailers. You will impress your staff and customers with marked intercultural competence and special integration strength. Your personality is characterized by a high degree of independence, communication strengths and organizational skills. You have an excellent command of English and preferably also knowledge of Hungarian or Serbo-Croat. We presuppose an unlimited willingness to travel and a good command of MS Office for your success. Your office location will be in Budapest.
