Regional Sales Engineer Job in Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland UK
Our client a leading Worldwide Scientific Research company are seeking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Engineer to develop and maximise potential business from existing clients while targeting new avenues to further generate business potential. You will be required to pro-actively seek out and build strong professional working relationships from within differing divisions and establish new business avenues to maximise potential across Europe.
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years field experience within a field based sales role.
Experience of working directly with research development and academia.
A sound knowledge of high end technical products.
Degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline
Key Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of market developments and awareness
Provide key advice to technical and commercial queries.
Actively promote, build and maintain customer relations to identify new/additional business ventures.
Personal Requirements
Successful record of exceeding sales targets
Commercial acumen and ability to further develop business
Desirable but not essential, fluency of a European language.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe
