Regional Sales Executive recruitment
Due to our continued growth and significantly increased demand for our products, Eze Castle Software (“Eze”) is currently seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This expansion in our sales force is an exciting entrepreneurial role for an entry-level or experienced professional looking to further their sales career in our highly rewarding, financial technology industry. The role will start out in San Francisco but will be permanently based in Dallas, Texas.
As demand for our services continues to rise, you will be expected to increase revenue through new sales opportunities within the San Francisco and Dallas market. You will identify and approach all potential clients and present to Traders, Portfolio Managers, and Directors of IT.
To succeed in our role, you will need to be very new business focused and must have an understanding of how hedge funds operate, from front, to middle, to back office to sell software products into hedge funds and Institutional money managers. You will be expected to draw on your keen sales abilities to tailor a pitch to each specific prospect you uncover, providing a consultative sales approach as you learn about the potential client, discuss a specific solution, and demo our software. You must be capable of working within a highly motivated team to drive the business forward as you will also work closely with the combined groups of Marketing, Consulting, and Product Management, based out of US-Boston headquarters, to ensure consistency of execution.

Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience in the financial technology industry
- Interest in selling software products to buy-side money management firms and hedge funds
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prospecting and networking skills
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income and derivatives
- Understanding of back end securities processing
- Understanding of asset management market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Series 7 and 63 a plus
- Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus
