If your answer is yes on those questions, we are very interested to meet you. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced regional sales manager to further develop the Italian market for Bekaert building products, more specifically our solutions for concrete, masonry and plastering reinforcement applications.
Your role
- In line with the business plan of the organization, you will be responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities. Focus will be on realization of targeted sales volumes and prices, growth and profitability, and the development of distribution channels across your region.
- You will develop a network of clients and partners in your business area and will contribute to the development of technical and marketing support programs for customers and other stakeholders.
- Contributing pro-actively to the development and implementation of strategic market plans, you will track and analyze current and future trends and needs in the building sector, identify potential business opportunities, analyze local application and product developments and monitor competitor activities.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor/master degree in economics or engineering with relevant sales experience in a building and construction environment.
- Your drive, maturity, power of persuasion and commercial skills enable you to open doors and establish constructive relations with the decision makers.
- You have a dynamic personality with good analytical and creative thinking skills being able to build good relationships with customers.
- You are result-oriented, a good listener and you have excellent negotiation skills.
