CDTI currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for the Southern California Region.  This position is best suited for an energetic, highly motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join a solid, high-growth international company.

This position is mainly responsible for the sale of emission control devices primarily to Heavy Duty Diesel Original Equipment Manufacturers.  This responsibility will include implementing the tactical plan to maximize sales of our unique technology offering to the diesel OEMs for compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Interested applicants should possess a post-secondary degree with preference to Science, Engineering or Business degrees, with a minimum of 5 – 10 years commercial experience in this area or a related business area.  Strong interpersonal, relationship building, planning and organizing, and team-working skills combined with excellent leadership abilities are keys to success.  This is a position that requires a self-motivated, success-oriented individual.
