There is and immediate opening for two Regional Sales Managers. 

We are a family-owned company specializing in the service and sales of over-pressure protection products; with three locations servicing the Midwest and looking to expand our sales team.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our MN/ND and Iowa locations.
Job requires overnights away from home.

Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

§         Possess a high degree of integrity, effective communication skills, a winning attitude, and track record of success.

§         Build strong relationships with the Companies existing and future customers.

§         Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

§         Be able to handle challenging tasks, solve problems, demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability

§         Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

§         Able to manage their time and direct them to establish new Accounts and maintain existing Accounts

§         Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, and services for their respective customers and territories.

-          Complete “Quote Request Form” and submit to In-side sales for pricing

-          Complete JIS (Job Instruction sheet) for known shop or field jobs.

-          Prepare initial Field Job set-up and submit to Operations Manager.

§         Assist in determining price schedules and discount rates.

§         Follow-up on quotes and document status.

§         Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications.

§         Assist in preparing budgets for respective sales territory.

§         Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.

§         Confer with potential and existing customers regarding product and service needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase and service to perform.

§         Be attentive of what the competition is doing and communicate to other members of sales team.

§         Complete monthly reports and submit to General Sales Manger.

§         Annually set sales goals.
