We are currently engaged in a search for a Regional Sales Management Role with one of our clients in the HR Software Solutions space. Our client company is looking to revolutionize the HR/Talent Management software solutions industry. Apart from developing the most technologically advanced Applicant Tracking System in the market that is customizable to fit the ever-expanding needs of their clients, they have also built a platform that fuses their ATS software with their pre-employment screening services for a more streamlined HR and hiring solution. They are strategically increasing their market share and have steadily grown in their 6-year history! They’re looking to grow their business in excess of 15% in 2012 – and double the size of their company in the next couple of years. This is a chance to collaborate with some of the most entrepreneurial leaders in the industry who have built this multi-million dollar company from scratch.

 

This position will be directly responsible for creating, identifying, negotiating and closing sales. Compensation for this position will be highly competitive, with a strong base salary and aggressive uncapped and residual commission potential. Top reps are making in excess of $200K+. Compensation also includes full benefits, 401K, a fruitful vacation package, and full home office set-up.

 

Requirements:
* 3-10 years of sales experience in the HR Software industry

* Assertive and tenacious approach to sales development and closing new business
* Strong professional, confidence-inspiring presence and business style
* Bachelor's degree
