With success and vision as a foundation, DMEautomotive is looking for the following qualified individuals: Regional Sales Manager, whose primary responsibilities will include direct marketing sales, increasing revenue, and the maintenance, retention, and growth of assigned territory.
Minimum Essential Skills and Compentencies:
Knowledge of:
· Sales processes and tools (account planning and strategic selling)
o Marketing strategies and solutions
o Value-based solution-selling methodology in complex strategic sales environment
o Technical understanding of Sales and Service systems and processes deployed in automotive retail industry and ability to articulate industry knowledge
Ability to:
· Build relationships with both internal and external customers
· Identify, quantify and resolve customer objections, problems and needs in a diplomatic manner
· Present solutions that meet client’s needs and close the sale
· Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to monitor results
· Create business development plans
· Effectively communicate ideas, working collectively with other teams
· Effectively convey processes and training
· Work effectively and independently with minimal supervision and under constant deadline pressure
· Work effectively in a fast-paced organization
· Use a variety of computer programs / systems to track results (Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.)
· Identify customer wants and needs and tie them to solution feature set and build value
· Be an independent self-starter capable of excelling in virtual office environment
· Effectively and convincingly present using influence with key decision makers compiled with company’s value proposition
· Represent a professional image and boardroom polish while engaging C-level executives
· Travel across assigned territory
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth through unit sales of DMEautomotive’s Customer Journey solution
· Conduct prospect development with named accounts in assigned geographic territory
· Execute all aspects of DMEauto sales process -- including approach presentations, discovery interviews and solution consultations
· Position DMEauto's offerings related to customer needs and build value
· Maintain consistent pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent sales performance
· Complete customer contracting process to ensure successful enrollment and timely launch of DMEauto solutions
· Partner with DMEauto’s product installation and account management teams’ for effective client handling and retention
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Sales or Marketing focus preferred) or equivalent work experience
· Ten years’ solution selling experience in automotive retail industry, preferably in strategic accounts segment
