Digirad seeks an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager- Northeast to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will drive aggressive direct sales of in-office nuclear imaging. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for establishing contacts, meeting with key decision makers, and independently capturing the close. Our ideal candidate will be a professional, self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales. They will strategically plan an overall sales strategy to maximize effectiveness and produce sales results. The ideal candidate should have experience with gaining access and selling emerging medical technology. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for covering a Northeast territory. They will be expected to travel to all sites and efficiently manage their time to maximize goal achievements.

Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales of medical services and/or outsourcing of medical services into hospitals and hospital systems. Hospital system C-Suite sales experience and success is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience selling Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, General Diagnostics, Physical, Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab Services or Outsourcing is a definite plus.
- A high degree of success in terms of account retention, growth and management is required. Skills required include network creation for growth, true strategic partnerships, concept sales and financial ROI sales. Successful experience selling to Hospital Executives and to Physicians is a must. Cardiology sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Must have strong organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-disciplined and capable of efficiently performing from a home-based office.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRMs.
