Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Marketing Director, you will have accountability for your region's achievement of sales and profit targets as well as responsibility for major key accounts. Leading a large team across all channels to market, the scope of this role will extend from setting the sales strategy through to ensuring operational execution in field. Furthermore, as a key member of the sales leadership team, your remit will involve significant coaching and capability development amongst your direct reports, as well as the greater business.

The Successful Applicant

A proven sales leader, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in delivering commercially sound sales and market share growth within a competitive consumer products environment (FMCG/ OTC/ Retail/ Luxury). You will have prior experience in managing teams working across various channels coupled with experience in national/ key account management and are comfortable engaging and influencing at all levels internally and externally. An excellent relationship builder, you are also highly motivated and results focused.
