Regional Senior Contract Manager Job in Portadown, Northern Ireland Uk
This is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Senior Contract Manager to join Manpower working for one of our prestigous Strategic Clients in Northern Ireland.
Reporting into an Operations Manager, you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management to the region. The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing a quality service to achieve agreed targets by ensuring fulfilment of the service level agreements and to develop the existing business. You will manager your own site and all other site based operational staff. You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company's values and standards. This is a mobile role so effective remote management skills are key. This role offers progression for an experienced Manager familiar with HR Management and working to contractual key performance indicators. Knowledge of contact centre industry is highly desirable coupled with a pro-active and resilient approach and proven experience in Disciplinary Grievance management. You willalso engage with Senior Management Team and attend Team and Client meetings.
The role will be based out of our site in Portadown, however, the region incorporates sites in Belfast, L'Derry and Enniskillen so there is a requirement to travel thorughout the region weekly.
* HR Management of upto 90 FTE advisors.
* Daily management of operational team.
* Maintain regular contact with Centre Managers and Site Directors ensuring effective governance.
* Address issues that arise and ensure complaint handling is resolved quickly and efficiently.
* Working to ensure that the agreed service level agreements are achieved across the region.
* Ensure site fulfilment of recruitment orders working closely with the national Recruitment Centre and Mobile Recruitment Team.
* Review client and candidate feedback on the quality of the service offered.
* Supporting the site in ensuring smooth running of the contract, developing a strong relationship with key stakeholders.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports engaging appropriate development plans and mentoring
* Ensure HR processes are adhered to and implemented within a timely manner
