Regional Senior HR Business Partner – Global Consumer Brand (Ref. no:RSHRBP-GCB/RC181111)
Our client is a leading consumer brand with an instantly recognizable name. Headquartered in Europe, they have rapidly grown in the last decade and now holds a highly prestigious status. They are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic regional team.
This role will have you assuming the role of trusted advisor with the management team across the region. Your key responsibilities will include the identification of high potential employees and engaging them to ensure performance and retention. You will work closely with global leaders in developing a strategy of talent management and succession planning. As a leader for talent acquisition, you will participate in interviews and coordinate all vendor activity. With your strong background in change management, you will work closely with the HR SSC to ensure new policies and processes are adequately implemented. You will also utilize your knowledge of HK Labour practices to ensure compliance.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years Human Resources Generalist experience gained from multinational organisations. You will have previously worked in a regional role as a business partner in a fast paced environment. You will have strong communication skills in English and Cantonese and previous exposure to senior management discussions. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent knowledge of HK labour laws and regulations.
