Regional Senior Sales Manager – Financial Information recruitment
This high profile Public Limited MNC is a leading source of intelligence information for businesses and professionals globally. They provide expertise and technology to deliver critical information to leading decision makers across all industries. They have offices in the US, London and Hong Kong and are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to develop their buy side intelligence business across the region.
This exciting new position will report into the General Manager and manage a team of 3 in sales across the region. You will lead the sales team in selling their buy side intelligence and research product regionally, managing existing accounts as well as developing new ones. You will ensure the sales structure with deliver results, manage the roll out of new product launches, deliver your own sales targets as well as manage and report all pipeline and forecast activity to the General Manager. You will work closely with the MD of the Product and ensure that there is a continuous pipeline of sales leads for the team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years solid sales management experience gained from the financial services industry. You will have a proven track record in selling to the buy-side community in Hong Kong with good relationship management skills. You will have strong knowledge and interests in the financial services industry and have an entrepreneurial approach, coupled with tenacity, drive and initiative. You will be able to communicate with senior personal across the buy side market and be confident in your sales skills. You will also have experience managing people.
