Regional Service Manager Job in Denver 80216, Colorado US
Position Purpose:
Manage and supervise all operational events within the Denver and Wyoming territory. This is not a sales role, but rather a senior leadership role intended to drive service, quality, and employee development. We are seeking change agents with innovative approaches to business and customer service.
Duties:
- Supervise all regional activity to ensure employee adherence to organizational polices and procedures.
- Develop and foster employee growth through consistent and dynamic leadership. Dynamic leaders will have experience with coaching, training, motivating, and disciplining employees of all levels.
- Achieve regional service level goals through the creation and implementation of strategic improvement plans.
- Achieve regional sales/profit objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Develop and foster relationships with all key customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor field service level and quality to ensure the organization is providing the highest level of quality to its customers.
- Continually develop innovative and creative strategies to improve service, quality, and employee performance.
