Regional Settlements Change Lead (Americas) recruitment
The NA Settlements Change team supports the broader Settlements Utility function which covers the daily operational processing of regional Domestic and International Equity Settlements including SBl and Domestic Fixed Income Settlements. The NA Settlements Change team itself is responsible for the delivery of projects within the Settlements global change portfolio working closely with run the bank line operations teams, the business, and IT as well as partnering with other change teams across the organization. The NA Settlements line functions are located in Stamford, CT. The candidate will be expected to manage the regional Change portfolio which will consist of both strategic and small change initiatives. The candidate will also be managing the associated change team.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyze and document current state processes and drive future state strategy in conjunction with Operations roadmap
Manage a portfolio of relatively broad scope and complexity across department/ region/ products/ sponsor
Defining resource requirements and associated budget
Define objectives, scope, approach and benefits of NA book or work
Manage the delivery of the implementation plan, reporting progress, controlling the plan and removing obstacles to progress and managing associated scope, issues, and risks
Managing stakeholder relationships, obtaining stakeholder buy-in and sign-off
Supporting program governance infrastructure and program MIS
Managing the realization of benefits
