Job Description
Responsible for direction of regional activities for a specified discipline within the laboratory, specifically Lab Processing Phlebotomy. Will direct manager the day-to-day activities for the Lab Processing department.
· Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences preferred.
· MT (ASCP).
· 5-7 years' experience.
· Previous supervisory experience highly desired.
· Excellent customer service skills with both internal external customers.
· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
· Strong computer skills preferably using LIS Microsoft Office
· Excellent prioritization multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to use various instruments, machines, tools, equipment and work aids as necessary to perform job duties.
