Regional Support Executive recruitment

A leading funds platform is looking for Regional Support staff to join their sales team. Candidates will be part of a high paced environment within which they will be allocated a specific regional focus, with the aim of building and maintaining client relationships.

Candidates will be responsible for liaising both externally with regional clients and internally with various teams including operations, finance and marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Regional and Office Based Account Managers, monitoring and prioritising their email/telephone traffic

- Conducting telephone campaigns

- Organising regional events, dinners and corporate events

- As well as highlighting opportunities for further sales and providing ideas for reducing costs and streamlining operations.

Candidates should ideally come with:

- Experience working within a fast paced sales environment

- Experience in establishing, building and maintaining relationships through telephone contact

- Experience within the financial services sector

- Experience of event organising

- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

This role will involve overnight stays and travel.

Candidates looking to apply for this role should have demonstrable sales experience, extensive telephone skills and a professional manner. Knowledge of financial services would ideally be preferred, as the role will require a certain understanding of the products and funds on offer to clients.
