Regional Support Team Adviser
My International Client is looking for a Regional Support Team Adviser, this is a 3 month temp assignment to start on the 19th August.
The RST adviser will be responsible for providing a local referral point for use by clients, National Careers Service partners.
The primary purpose of this role is to book appointments with the delivery network.
To provide unbiased information to callers to the single referral point via e-mail and telephone and web-based services·
To maintain an up to date appointment log and make client bookings for advice sessions within the South East delivery network.
Liaise with National Careers Service advisers to ensure diaries are up-to-date and comprehensive.· To maintain accurate information on client queries and referrals, and follow-up universal clients on a monthly basis.
To accurately respond to employer, Business Link and rapid response referrals.
To comply with necessary equality of opportunity, health and safety data protection legalisation in all aspects of the role.
To support with administrative tasks and such other duties as determined by the RST Manager where appropriate.
Communications working relationships be able to communicate to a variety of individuals including disenfranchised clients,
Knowledge·
Experience of handling high volumes of calls in a call centre environment·
Experience of forming effective working relationships with a wide range of people and organisations·
Experience of working to deadlines and reporting to set standards·
Experience of working to targets·
Familiarity with networking and negotiating on behalf of clients·
Good working knowledge of IT packages including MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and emailSkills and Abilities·
Good standard of general education·
To work co-operatively and flexibly as part of a local and regional team ·
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills· Ability to communicate with the public, colleagues at all levels and partners, in person and on the phone ·
Ability to work independently and to motivate self·
