Regional Tax Manager recruitment
Our client is a leading MNC within the chemicals industry and has a global presence over 50 countries. As a result of expansion, they are seeking for a high calibre Tax Manager to join the regional tax team.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you are responsible for providing tax advisory support to their business expansion in the Asia Pacific region. You will be involved in tax planning, restructuring and risk management while working with tax authorities in ensuring compliance with the Group’s global policy and local tax regulations. You will be involved in some ad-hoc MA and tax due diligence projects.
Ideally, you should have at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a tax manager. A strong Singapore and regional corporate tax knowledge is required. Prior tax exposure in a Big 4 accounting firm environment is desired for this role. You have strong communication skills and the ability to function as a team player.
