Responsibilities:

• Act as a Tier III support for any matters relating to systems in the region assigned.

• Perform on-call duties in the areas of networking, server administration, and NOC support when scheduled by the Director of Global Infrastructure – TTNET or the Director of Operations – TTNET.

• Respond to system trouble alerts as appropriate.

• Work with global teams to deploy and troubleshoot servers and network devices in the regional datacenter.

• Work with Network Engineers and TSG to deploy and troubleshoot network and telecom technologies in the regional datacenter.

• Work with the global company resources to manage customer relations within the region.

• Attend to customer needs on-site within the region to assist with setup or troubleshooting, as required.

• Act as liaison with options and futures exchanges to resolve network, credential, customer account, and customer connectivity issues.

• Act as liaison with exchanges to determine network and connectivity requirements.

• Act as a liaison with local telecommunication and technology vendors.

• Utilize verbal and written skills to disseminate information to all TTNET support groups and vendor teams.

• Work with all TTNET teams to resolve complex problems.

• Publish and coordinate any scheduled maintenance based in the assigned region.

• Complete projects assigned by supervisor.

• Interact with all members of TTNET Software, Networking, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Security, Production Management, and Technical Service teams in the course of troubleshooting and project work.

• Act as hands-on technical resource for TT Corporate IT, as scheduled by Director of Global Infrastructure - TTNET or the Director of Operations – TTNET, to perform desktop system imaging and basic network troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Experience in Network and/or Server Administration.

• Experience with telecommunications technologies.

• Experience with work in datacenter space.

• Financial industry experience is a plus.

• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese.

• Able to clearly communicate, verbally and written, in English.
