We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Technical Manager at our Santa Rosa center to work 40 hours per week.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide leadership and direction to the dialysis clinic Technical Manager and ensure that all operations are in compliance with Satellite standards. To provide training and education to the technical staff and to be responsible for the fiscal management of supplies and plant equipment. To assist in the capital purchases, Facilities renovations and/or expansions needed for the specific clinics. To provide leadership in corporate initiatives as directed by the Facilities Director.
The Regional Technical Manager will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory mandates for facility plant and equipment used in an ESRD facility. They will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems to include but not limited to water treatment and reuse equipment. They are to act as a liaison for the Regional Director and local technical management to ensure a comprehensive and seamless adherence to all of Satellite policies and procedures.
Required Experience:
Experience:
-Five years in-center hemodialysis experience with demonstrated understanding and knowledge of the dialysis operation.
-Experience with technical, machine and Facilities maintenance
-Management or supervisory experience preferred
Other:
-Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and effectively communicate with others in English
-Knowledge of regulatory licensing requirements for industry
-Demonstrated mechanical ability and organizational skills
-Member of NANT within 1 year of hire
Required Education:
High School Diploma, or Associate Arts/Science degree. BA preferred.
State or National Certification preferred.
