Regional Technology Head – Asia Pacific – Location : Hong Kong recruitment
The position objective is to enable the Asia Pacific service organization of 350+ users to become more effective and efficient through technology platforms, as well as to reduce inquiry volumes and risk-prone manual processes by migrating clients to self-service technology channels, enabling the re-deployment of staff resources to higher value-adding activities and reduce risk-prone manual processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service technology strategy, project planning, execution, and maintenance for the treasury and trade solutions Client Services technology platforms, including user desktop applications and voice technology (STaRS, IVR, etc.).
- Partner with the global Service organization and functional units, and represent Asia requirements for user technologies, which enhance the client experience, increase process efficiency, and reduce risk.
- Responsible for client-facing technologies, self-service channel process development, deployment campaigns, and client adoption (Client Excellence, Service Transformation Program)
- Commercialization of technology-enabled client self service channels: Creation of client-adoption strategy for self-service channels, with the goal of reduced inquiry volume and manual processes to Client Services, re-deployment of staff resources to higher value-adding activities, and reduction of high risk manual processes.
- Key decision maker on all Service technology-related strategies, execution and training plans in Asia
- Responsible for organizational collaboration / communication on the effective use of technology tools, enhancements, gathering user feedback, and making regional recommendations for enhancement
- Liaise and report to senior sponsors and stakeholder on progress in the evolution of service technologies and client self-service channels
- Collaborate with cross-regional partners on technology strategy, model and standardization
Knowledge/Experience:
- Solid change management experience
- solid experience in banking preferably cash management and front office role
- Strong Leadership Experience
- Change Leadership experience: vocal to put through recommendations and collaborate/challenge local branch work
- Excellent Bank Business and Operational Knowledge
- Project Management experience
