Regional Technology Manager – Investment Banking
The successful candidate will manage and improve Technology services for Europe and be the key regional interface for Global services and systems hosted in various regions. The role will focus on all hubbed, hosted, regional and local systems and will require continuous interaction with the business management teams for all systems being used for or in Europe as well as interaction with the relevant application and infrastructure owners.
There will be a strong focus on Infrastructure and candidates should be experienced with PSS (Production Support Service) including networks and development.
Key Responsibilities -
Full accountability for efficient, cost effective and highly resilient production systems (Infrastructure and Applications).
Help define service / systems architecture for hardware, application and OS - Oversee operational agreements.
Interact with Technology communications regulators.
Responsibility for Technology budgets for Europe.
Meet security standards (Compliance polices).
Ensure capacity management is carried out and reported.
Take a lead with project delivery (region country) with New products/versions, Group initiatives.
Full responsibility delivering technology projects (DR locations, trading floors).
Manage production/incidents.
