The Commercial Card and Pre-Paid Card Business with JP Morgan Chase has an exciting opportunity at our Elgin site for a Regional Training Manager.  This individual will coordinate all New Hire Training and Recurrent Training for the Commercial Card and Pre-Paid Business in both our Elgin and Columbus sites.  This coordination will involve ensuring that we have the required trainers, classrooms, systems, and participants for each class.
 
The Regional Training Manager will lead and develop a team for four Trainers, 3 in Elgin, IL and 1 in Columbus, OH.  This leadership involves all elements of Performance Management and Trainer Development.
 
The Regional Training Manger will also have personal responsibility for Leadership Development support for the organization.  This includes identifying opportunities to strengthen the Operation's Leadership Team, developing interventions to capitalize on these opportunities, and executing these interventions.
